WHO WE ARE

FULLY QUALIFIED PAINTER AND DECORATOR WITH 30 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE.

My name is Liam Francisco. I am a fully qualified painter and decorator with over 30 years painting experience. I am a member of the Queensland Master Painters Association. My QBCC license number is: 74043. I have an Elevated Work Platform license. I am also a “Lead Paint Abatement Certified” contractor. We have $20,000,000.00 in public liability insurance and have all relevant workers’ compensation insurance.

In 1993 I received a Queensland Training Award for “Apprentice Of The Year” for Painting & Decorating. In 2020 we were finalists in the “Master Painters QLD” Awards for Excellence. In 2021 we won the “Domestic (single dwelling) exterior repaint over $40,000 and 2024 won the “Domestic (single dwelling) exterior repaint over $50,000 categories

My main area of painting, during my training, involved domestic repaint work, mainly old homes with lead paint. Since starting my own business I have undertaken numerous commercial projects, new homes, rendering work, roof painting and other jobs requiring Elevated Work Platforms. We pride ourselves on always being punctual for our pre-arranged quote times. When quoting and winning contracts we pride ourselves on providing clear written detailed and concise quotes, clear communications with clients, achieving a professional finish for the quoted amount and in the agreed time frame.

I believe the most important part of any painting project is the preparation, something often neglected by others. Without proper preparation, the finish coats will not last as long as they should. I have employed a number of apprentices over the years, 2 of these have gone on to represent Queensland in the National WorldSkills titles.
