Liam Francisco and his team painted our 1920’s gable home in Toowoomba a few years ago. Working with Liam was a delightful surprise. He is passionate about his work and has great attention to detail. His enjoyment of restoring our home was patently obvious. The team arrived when Liam said they would, and when they left everything was neat and tidy meaning we could continue to live in our home with as little disruption as possible. Besides all of the excellent painting, this team of workers were always polite, friendly and respectful… we would not hesitate to recommend these professionals.

Liam has recently completed work on our home and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. We would have to honestly say that Liam has been (on a large job) the cruisiest tradie that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He came in got the job done with no complications. Liam is professional, fastidious, his attention to detail second to none, great work ethic, and willingness to communicate and keep us informed on all aspects of the job was very welcomed. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Liam, we have been spoilt. We would recommend Liam and his team in a heartbeat.

We recently had the pleasure of our home being painted by Liam and his team. Ours was a big job – VJ walls, 12 ft ceilings, new built-in robes, for our 4 bedroom house. All this was completed with a short deadline (impending baby and moving house) and in the middle of a Summer heatwave. Selecting Liam to do this job was the best choice we made. Liam and his team are professional, reliable, have fantastic attention to detail and are great company as well. We plan to paint the outside of our house in the coming months and look forward to having the team here again.

I am so pleased with the end product. Liam painted both the inside and outside of my house, as well as rejuvenating my driveway. Liam and Ian were prompt, professional and polite. The workmanship was top quality. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I could not have hoped for a better job.

Liam Francisco Painting team has just completed exterior and interior painting on our house. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. Right from the initial call requesting a quote , Liam kept us informed and updated of progress and his helpful advice on colour selection was much appreciated. He and his team are the utmost professionals, meticulous in their attention to detail, consistently reliable, punctual, friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in our home. They went over and above what we expected doing little extras and even cleaned the windows on the higher level while the scaffolding was in place. There was minimal disruption to our normal daily life with everything tidied, swept, vacuumed and packed up at the end of each day. We highly recommend Liam Francisco Painting.
